Network Operations Center (NOC)
Sensa operates a NOC, which is manned by experienced personnel around the clock. We proactively monitor customer installations and offer to assist with mitigation of potential risks and troubleshooting of existing issues.
Sensa’s NOC is available to all customers with service contracts. It is offered both as a managed service or as an external support function.
